Peripheral iridotomy was performed. Pupil would not dilate beyond 2 mm. Healon was used to tease the synechiae apart. Iris hooks were used to increase pupil size. Divide and Conquer Nucleforactis phacoemulsification technique was used to debulk the advanced cataract. Patien vision improved from 20/150 BCVA to 20/20 UCVA. The eye has been quiet with no uveitic episodes.
