How change, continual and significant, becomes the new "normal." We are constantly adapting if we are flexible. To be in the mental mind is to be more rigid. Flowing with the now, it is my sacred labor to bring forth what comes. How it partakes of divinity. Mind does not stack up well against that, for it wants to grasp and hold on, not trust and flow. We are trained to be ruled, not to rule, yet Heart must reign. In Heart we reign. How we are not free, even in the USA. It's an illusion. As we begin to open and awaken, we begin to see all this, how it works, how we've been manipulated. What is real freedom? Not to be wage slave, nor CEO-slave, servant to the company. Real freedom is not chained, but free to do what brings joy. We are not free, not even the wealthy or the powerful.

Unconditionality Series, Part 2 Journal 2010-01-14 2nd, 11 Rabbit, Star Mayan calendar day TRANSCRIPT: Who are good examples of this "unconditionality," this abandoning the hold on the old reality? Dr. David R. Hawkins, for one, and Eckhart Tolle, too. As we drop down into heart, we take the brain, the mind, out of its leadership position. Though we don't become brainless...this is a strange new way to see things. From this new space one begins both to let go the tight grasping onto things, and to see how all such grasping is of miind, is a mind thing. We begin to be lighter, to be free. How in our habits and their regimentation we don't think for ourselves, accepting others' beliefs. We are asleep; we are dreaming. Not necessary to believe this or me at any point. It doesn't matter. Accept whatever you can, and move on.

Shedding Burdens (or Unconditionality - 3A) Journal 2010-01-14 3rd, Mayan calendar day 11 Rabbit, Star TRANSCRIPT: We are burdened, all of us, except perhaps, the littlest children. Even these become burdened, though. Do we change our little ones diaper with only love and a light heart? Then we burden the child, for they take on what we carry. What weight do we bear? We get confused between heart and head, and think we can somehow make a difference from the head. We accomplish nothing of deep worth from within the head. Let us shed our burdens for a while, like a spa trip, a vacation from mind and its burdens, for they are all mind affairs. I did not say all pain, however, for there is heart pain. To enter heart space, unload; dont worry. We look around in here, unencumbered by our heavy load, we straighten up a bit, and begin to look around and see a bit of the view out ahead. It is nothing like we expected, for it is strangely different. Even the air, in here—remember, we are in heart space—is different. It kind of sparkles. Clarity of vision begins to make perhaps its first appearance. We did not realize it, but by letting go, by lightening up that way, we now have better eyesight. And what do we see? Not a what, but a how, perhaps. We begin to see, right off, how often we are tempted to go back into mind space. We see that we must be alert, if we would retain heart space. We surrender all calls to enter mind. These are truly two different kingdoms, and for now, our eyes are not yet adjusted to ...

Unconditionality Series, 1 B 1ST Journal, 2010-01-14, Mayan calendar day 11 Rabbit or Star TRANSCRIPT: We are not free; it is an illusion. Electronic voting equals unacceptable fraud. Lose the paper trail, lose the evidence chain. How getting upset over things is not the way, though we will do so as we begin to awaken, because then we begin to see. Unending surprises and change become the rule. How we are responsible. No one stole our free will, but we closed our eyes, because it was too difficult to see. We chose not to look. We are sovereign beings, not slaves...unless we consent to be enslaved. How awakening allows us to see so much more, and how it causes much to simply fall away, into unimportance. We begin to cease identifying with the form, with ideas, with beliefs... In this way we begin to be really free, unencumbered. We begin to let our conditions go. How reality cannot be controlled. How placing conditions on reality is to try to control it. This is silly, but we don't realize it, as long as we are identified with it, taking it so seriously. How control is really just an illusion. How we are tricked into the consumerism society, chasing after success, the wealth rainbow... Our options to take another look, try something different. How letting-go-ness is a necessary stage. To go on this journey we must blindfold the self to what was, what we think reality is. How far down the rabbit hole shall we go? Will Mind Surrender to Heart ? (or Unconditionality - 3B) Journal 2010-01-14 3rd, Mayan calendar day 11 Rabbit, Star TRANSCRIPT: Note: For the first time, this journal was named before it was written. That was a little disconcerting, seeming as if mind might be entering in, trespassing on heart space. :-) ~~~ I pause, to work through some of my own fear, as it arises so you can see it... The fear that arises comes from mind, of course. There is absolutely no fear in heart. ... As I look at it I see my discomfort with this new thing, the announcing where this train is going, before it has even left the station. By that, I mean how odd it is that these journals have been titled, and been put into a series of some sort, without my mind even being involved. I am truly in heart as I write these things. I am not thinking at all, or editing in any way. To see this apparent precognition is a bit spooky. Mind keeps wanting to back-track, sure the words are tracking with the title, that it makes sense. This is a hoot, really, ... because my mind knows better than that. Heart rules, in my book, and that is how I have set my intent, and how my will is trained to set my course. So, I look at my discomfort, at ... mind in action, noticing mind wanting to go back, to be sure it is making sense. Ah, here is an interesting tidbit. Mind is unengaged, you see, and so it is not keeping track, not steering this course. I'll explain. Dont get too used to this, though, for most explanation comes from mind. Thus, the need for the letting go, the entering in to "unconditionality." We let go of reliance on mind, identification with thought, and enter heart space, where clarity of vision begins to emerge. Don't think. It doesn't work. Just let it go, and trust, at least for some moments, that heart is a higher way. All that mind stuff isn't going anywhere, anyway. It will wait for you, and you can go pick it up later...if you still want it. Just for now, let go; disengage from mind and drop down. When you do this it feels kinda strange. You begin to feel untethered, not hooked down to anything. This is a rather neat feeling, that turns into a thoroughly adequate high, all by itself; no drugs required. You can make these adjustments, and begin to take control of mind if you want to. It doesn't take very long. Initially, mind will often and endlessly intrude on heart space, pulling you back into thought. This is normal, though. The point is to set the intent, make use of the will, and simply set course to abide in heart. Beginning and end of story. It doesn't happen overnight, but it happens, more and more, if you are determined. Determination is the evidence of setting the intent. What Is True Love.? Love is allowing full expression, acceptance, and unconditionality...so why do we attempt to control and mold?

Are we ever Unconditional? The starting point with regards to stopping - if i try to stop myself from the starting point of guilt, it is not real. I see that in order for me to really stop the pattern that i was participating, i have to stop it as myself rather than from the starting of guilt.
