Remove from oven and set aside. Reduce oven heat to 375 degrees (F). In boiling water, add 1 ts of salt and blanch a bunch of spinach for 30 seconds after removing dead the leaves and roots. 2. Drain the cooked spinach and rinse it in cold water 3 times, and squeeze it gently to get the water out. 3. Cut the spinach a few times and set it aside. 4. Place 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 chopped green onion, 1.5 tbs of soy sauce and ½ tbs sesame oil in a large bowl and mix them all up with a spoon. 5. The whole thing took about an hour to make and about 40 minutes in the oven. 2.5 lbs spinach, 5 green onions, 11oz feta cheese, 2 eggs, 2tbsp fresh parsley, 1 tbsp fresh dill, about 10 phyllo pastry sheets, half cup olive oil. You can add a little salt if you want, but it's not required. Note: You don't really need to add eggs if you don't want to. It will still turn out just fine.

Hercules gets his strength by sniffing garlic; he wins numerous tests of strength against the bully until the bully spots him sniffing garlic. The bully pulls out a handy bottle of chlorophyll and douses the garlic, disabling Hercules. He then knocks him into a field of spinach where Hercules discovers a new and better source of strength.
