Ingredients (for 4 servings): 1 pound of fresh fish (or frozen sashimi grade fish), hot pepper paste, hot pepper flakes, sugar, salt, vinegar, onion, garlic, lettuce, tomato, green chili peppers, roasted sesame seeds, sesame oil, water, and thin noodles. Directions: 1. Slice 1 pound of fresh fish into thin strips ¼ inch wide and 2½ inch long (about 0.5 cm wide and 6 cm long) and keep it in the refrigerator. 2. Put 10 cups of water into a large pot. Bring to a boil over high heat. 3. When the water boils 15-20 minutes later, add 200 grams of thin noodles (somyeon). Stir with a wooden spoon to prevent the noodles from sticking to each other. 4. Cook the noodles with the lid closed for a few minutes. 5. Taste a sample. The noodle shouldn't have anything hard inside, but it shouldn't be mushy. 6. When the noodles are finished, drain and rinse them in cold water a couple of times until they're cold and a little chewy. Drain them and set aside. Make the cold broth: 1. In a bowl, mix 4-5 cloves minced garlic, ¼ cup hot pepper paste, 2 tbs hot pepper flakes, 2 tbs sugar, 1 tbs kosher salt, ¼ cup vinegar, 2 tbs sesame oil, and 2 tbs roasted sesame seeds powder. - Korean spicy stir-fried pork Korean style spicy stir-fried pork. It's called doejibulgogi, doejigogi bokkeum, or jeyukbokkeum. The recipe is very easy and fast. Song: Jaurim's "I'm my fan" (팬이야) Ingredients (for 4 servings): 600 grams(1 ½ pound) of pork belly (or pork shoulder), hot pepper paste, onion, garlic, ginger, green onions, green chili pepper, hot pepper paste, hot pepper flakes, natural brown sugar, soy sauce, black ground pepper, sesame oil, roasted sesame seeds, and lettuce. Directions: 1. In a thick bottomed wok or pan, add these ingredients: o 1½ pounds (600 grams) of pork belly of bite size pieces about ¼ inch thick o 1 sliced medium onion, 3 chopped green onions o 4 cloves of minced garlic, ½ ts minced ginger o 1 chopped green chili pepper (optional) o 1/3 cup hot pepper paste o 2 tbs hot pepper flakes o 2 tbs natural brown sugar o 1 tbs soy sauce o ½ ts black ground pepper o 2 ts of sesame oil 2. Heat up the pan over high heat. 3. Mix and stir all ingredients with a wooden spoon, until the pork is cooked thoroughly. Transfer it to a serving plate and serve with a bowl of rice, some lettuce, a few more side dishes (if you want), some soup, and kimchi.

Approximately 10 minutes later, lower the heat to low medium heat and boil it for another 20 minutes. 4. Set aside the stock and take out the mushrooms and chop them into small pieces. 5. Heat your earthen ware (or ceramic pot) on the stove and put 2 ts of olive oil. 6. Chop 100 grams of beef and put it into the pot and stir it. 7. Add the chopped shiitake mushroom and stir it. 8. Add 2 tbs -- 5 tbs (1/4 cup) of hot pepper flakes and keep stirring for 1 minute. *tip: 2 tbs—mild 3 tbs—medium 4 tbs—hot 5 tbs (1/4 cup)—suicidal hot ! : ) 9. Pour 2 cups of the stock you made. This recipe was sent to me by CptvonChaos, and its original name is "Sneaky Pete's Chicken Wings/Tenders." I mmediately loved the quick and easy recipe and got his permission to share it with all of you. Ingredients: chicken tenders and/or chicken wings (I used 2 pounds of chicken tenders, and these were quite spicy! You might want to use 3 or 4 pounds of chicken for the amount of coating, if you don't like them spicy.) 2 Mexican flavor packets—taco, chili, enchilada, fajita, burrito, etc. (I used 1 burrito packet and 1 taco packet.) gallon-sized Ziploc plastic bag (I used a quart-sized bag, and it was a little small!) Empty the two Mexican flavor packets into a gallon-sized Ziploc plastic bag. Toss chicken tenders and/or wings into the bag, a few at a time. Shake to coat. Place coated chicken pieces in a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking oil spray or on a sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees (F) for about 30 minutes. Ingredients: a red snapper (25 cm long), 4 clams, 4 large shrimp, Korean radish, 2 shiitake mushrooms, water,kelp, fish sauce, salt, minari (water dropwort), enoki mushroom, ssukgat (edible chrysanthemum), green onions, green chili pepper, red chili pepper, half an onion, cooking wine, ginger. Make stock first! 1. Soak 2 shiitake mushrooms in warm water for 3-4 hours and cut them into bite size in length. 2. Soak 4-5 clams in cold salty water (2 cups of cold water +1 tbs salt) for at least 3-4 hours and wash them and set them aside. 3. Cut radish thinly into about 3×4 cm size, 0.2-0.3 cm in thickness. 4. Full recipe is at Hot spicy jjamppong (1 serving) Ingredients Noodles for jjamppong, as well as... for stock: 10 dried anchovies, 3 shiitake mushrooms, a handful of dried kelp (1/3 cup), half a medium size onion meat and seafood: ¼ cup of pork, 3 large shrimp, 4 mussels, a few pieces of squid vegetables and seasoning: garlic, ginger, vegetable oil, oyster sauce, fish sauce, hot pepper flakes, ground black pepper, onion, carrot, green onions, leeks, white mushrooms, bamboo shoots. Let's start! First step: make stock 1. Pour 7 cups of water into a pot. Add 10 large dried anchovies (after removing heads and guts), a handful of dried kelp, half a medium sized onion, and 3 dried shiitake mushrooms. 2. Boil it for 10 minutes over high heat. Then lower the heat to low-medium and boil for 30 minutes more. Then set it aside Second step: make mixture of hot pepper flakes and vegetable oil 1. In a small bowl, mix 1½ tbs of hot pepper flakes and 1 tbs of vegetable oil. *tip: The reason we make this mixture is to prevent the hot pepper flakes from floating in the soup when it boils. In a pan, pour 4 cups of water and add 7 large dried anchovies after removing their heads and intestines. Boil the water for 10 minutes over medium heat. 3. Remove the anchovies and add the rice cakes, 4-6 tbs of hotpepper paste, 1 tbs of sugar, and 1 tbs of hotpepper flakes (optional). Stir it constantly. 4. Cut 7 green onions into 5 cm long pieces, and add them to the pot. 5. Keep stirring until the sauce is thick and the rice cake is shiny. 6. Transfer it to a plate and serve! Ingredients for mild ddukbokkie: 1 package of rice cake, beef strips, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, onion, king oyster mushrooms, water Directions: 1. Saute 200 grams of beef strips with 2 tbs soy sauce, 1 tbs sugar, 2 cloves minced garlic, and 3 tbs of sliced onion. 2. Add 3-4 sliced king oyster mushrooms and 2 chopped green onions to "1″ and stir it. 3. Add 1 cup of water and put rice cake in it and keep folding until rice cake is soft. 4. Serve it on a plate and eat it when it is warm.

Koreans love this soup especially in the winter time. full recipe: Ingredients: 1 Lb of beef brisket, half an onion, water, 12 green onions, 5 cups of bean sprouts, fern brakes (kosari), 1 stalk of celery, garlic, hotpepper flakes, sesame oil, vegetable oil, salt, soy sauce, and black pepper Directions: 1. In a big pot, add beef brisket, 14-15 cups of water, and half an onion, then boil it for 40-50 minutes over high heat. 2. Cut the green onions, celery, and fern brakes (kosari) into pieces about 7 cm in length. Put them all into a big bowl. 3. Put 3 tbs hotpepper flakes, 1 tbs of sesame oil, 1 tbs of vegetable oil, 1 tbs soy sauce, 1 tbs of salt, and some grounded black pepper into a small bowl and mix it. This is your hotpepper oil sauce. 4. Put the hotpepper oil sauce into the vegetables mixture and mix them all up. 5. When the beef is well cooked, take it out and set it aside to cool down. 6. Add the mixture of vegetables and hotpepper oil sauce into the boiling beef stock. Boil it for 20-30 minutes. 7. Slice the beef thinly and add it into the boiling soup. Cook it about 5-10 minutes more. Serve with rice. Enjoy it!
