It is important to realise that in our western culture we do not inherently have such a term. This means getting to graps with it will take some time. In the beginning we use metaphors and similies to say what it is like, however the direct perception is more revealing than descriptions. In this video I despcribe a simple method to send Chi. While I was re-watching true blood's first season i noticed there were a lot of similies with twilight, but the whole relationship was on an higher level.
