  • Norman Scarth's Appeal Hearing - 9th Sep 2011 10:30am In the matter of Appeal in the Criminal Division of the Royal Courts of Justice, Applications will be made against his conviction and also for Bail but not much can be said other than this due to not wishing to prejudice the out come of the case as we state again that we might not like what we find in the Courts, but we must try, and try again until we overturn the tyranny and reassert our rights as men and women of this once Honourable land. Norman Scarth's appeal hearing will be in Court 5 at the Royal Courts of Justice on the Strand in London on Friday 9th September 2011 at 1030am, and we would like all to attend or show support in anyway you can. Facebook event We hold our hats off to the good folk in Manchester who could not make it due to expense, to the last hearing we had in London, as they took the time out to increase awareness about Norman Scarth's plight locally and by the look of some of the videos on you tube it would seem that they enjoyed doing so, and we encourage anyone else who cannot make it to London to film your own protest in Norman's name, especially as it would appear that Sky News are running a campaign to have Court rooms televised, something that Norman would wholeheartedly encourage we are sure given his current plight of being held Unjustly due to recording in a Court room, something held as an apparent Offence by the Courts and used to hold men and woman in Prison under Contempt Laws.

He has been harrassed by the authorities for many years during his fight against a corrupt legal system. Born 1925. Served in the navy during World War II. Retired stud farmer. Contested the Chesterfield by-election in 1997 as an Independent Old Age Pensioner. Contested the 2007 Sedgefield by-election as an anti-crime candidate. Until the age of 70 Norman [who was described by Tony Benn as a 'WW2 War Hero'] was proud to be British, but then came a succession of shocks as he learned that corruption was endemic in the civil courts of Britain.   • Norman Scarth Protest 29 Sept 2011 When you watch this video, please understand I had no idea that Norman Scarth planned to go in full on, all guns blazing so to speak. I had merely heard that he planned a demonstration, and knowing that he is newsworthy went along to video whatever was going to happen. I think he could probably have been more effective had he taken a more softly softly approach, however, saying that, I believe he has the right to make a protest and draw attention to the fact that Judge Rose hands down draconian and unjust sentences for crimes that have no victim, such as making an audio recording in court. He is not the only person that has recently received such a sentence (last week) I feel that one must question why it is that judges feel it is so important to crush anyone who attempts to make audio or visual records of what happens in court, especially in view of the fact that Parliament has been video broadcast for over 20 years, and radio broadcast for over 30. This is either simply a spiteful action on the part of judges, or else they have a bigger agenda to intimidate people from attempting to hold the courts more accountable. Either way it is clear that these judges hold themselves above the common people. As it is they can edit court transcripts to their liking and not be challenged.
