  • Tarrant County Pre-Trial Release ( Waste of Taxpayer's Money ) Read This ! The Tarrant County Pre-Trial Release program costs the Tarrant County Taxpayers over $900000 a year to operate. Why give special treatment to people who break the law ? I could understand if it was a first time offender, but child molesters, rapists, big time drug dealers, and anyone else they feel like letting out of jail. Why even arrest them if these judges are just going to let them out for next to nothing ? The Tarrant County Pretrial Service charges 20 dollars or 3 percent, whichever is greater. How does that teach anyone a lesson about breaking the law. When they bond out through pre-trial release then miss their court date, no one is liable for them, so there is no rush trying to rearrest these people. They don't keep track of where these people are at while on bond with pre-trial release. This is a very costly program for taxpayers, when there are over 100 bail bondsmen and attorneys that can get these people out of jail without having to use the taxpayer's money. Unbelievable that your tax dollars go directly towards the release of criminals that have committed crimes against you. Someone can rob the business that you own, burglarize your house, or molest your child and you, the Tarrant county taxpayer, are the one paying for their release.

  • Pedro Alonso López 3/5 Pedro Alonso López (born 8 October 1948 in Santa Isabel, Colombia), also known as the "Monster of the Andes", is a Colombian-born confessed serial killer, accused of raping and killing more than 300 girls across South America. López was arrested when an attempted abduction went wrong and he was trapped by market traders. In custody, he soon confessed to hundreds of murders. The police only believed him when a flash flood uncovered a mass grave of many of his victims. He led police to the graves of 53 of his victims in Ecuador, all girls between nine and twelve years old in 1980. In 1983 he was found guilty of murdering 110 young girls in Ecuador alone and confessed to a further 240 murders of missing girls in neighboring Peru and Colombia. Because of Ecuadorian law at the time, his sentence was only 16 years; reduced to 14 years when he was released two years early for good behavior. He was released from prison on August 31,1994, and re-arrested an hour later as an illegal immigrant, and handed over to Colombian authorities who charged him with a twenty year old murder. He was found to be insane and held in a psychiatric wing of a Bogotá hospital. In 1998 he was declared sane, and released on $50 bail. Interpol released an advisory for his re-arrest by Colombian authorities over a fresh murder in 2002. He is believed to still be alive and operating in South America.

I also address the perennial concern of the Burmese Opposition in their part of the Tit for Tat: their activists and politicians can be re-arrested. Then, if the release of the opposition activists inside the prison is part of the political settlement, and their re-arrest is the concern, then the Burmese Opposition should make a easily-reversible, comparable return.
  • DN! Canadian Gestapo Re-Arrest G20 Protest Organizer Alex Hundert Canadian Police Re-Arrest G20 Protest Organizer Alex Hundert In news from Canada, there have been developments in the case of Alex Hundert, the G20 protest organizer at the center of a free speech controversy. Hundert was arrested during the G20 summit in June and then held for three weeks. After his release, he was placed under strict bail conditions that astonished many legal experts in Canada. He was not allowed to speak to the media, he could not participate in any public demonstration or political event, and he wasn't allowed to see his girlfriend without supervision. On September 17, he was arrested again for speaking on a panel discussion at a university and held for almost a month in jail. Hundert was released on October 13. On Saturday, he was arrested again, but police have not revealed any details about why. In one of his last interviews before his September arrest, Hundert spoke to Submedia TV. Alex Hundert: "They're trying to scare us. It's standard harassment and intimidation. And again, that's something that the police do all the time. The police are always intimidating and harassing people and their communities when people are, you know, saying things that the police don't want them to say."

  • Terror Go Round - Indonesia August 2010 Following the re-arrest of terrorist mastermind Abu Bakar Bashir, this report secures rare access to the prison for Indonesia's most deadly terrorists. Why are inmates leaving more radical than ever? With recidivists emerging in Aceh and from behind the smoking ruins of the Marriot in Jakarta, we meet those terrorists on the brink of that crucial choice of whether to re-offend. "If I was still outside now it's possible I would join the network again. Hate against the police has grown deep in my heart." Anif Solchannudin volunteered to carry an explosive back-pack into a beachfront restaurant in Bali's Jimabaran in the second wave of attacks in Bali. He now paces the prison courtyard and prays alongside other, more radical terrorists, their religious zeal strengthening as they do their time. "What the police are doing today is just cutting the tip of the iceberg", says Cdr. Tito Karnavian from the Counter terrorism Unit. Having watched many inmates return immediately to the terrorist fold, he and a group of reform activists are asking for a shift of emphasis to re-education. Yet the authorities say they don't have the resources or the experience to do so. Until they do, the rate of recidivism remains shockingly high. "These people are driven by ideology. You can't kill ideology by simply locking them in jail." Produced By ABC Disctributed By Journeyman Pictures

  • The Fabian Society Exposed. The Fabian society is a division of the Frankfurt School which believes in taking power gradually to create a pure marxist state through the subversion of Western democratic governments. It works by the use of 'marxist critical theory' ie the gradual undermining of the culture, values, ethnicity, patriotism, religious values and sovereignity of a country through criticism of all it holds dear and political correctness, brainwashing schoolchildren with 'politically correct thought,' mass immigration, multiculturalism, diversity conditioning and control (as now) of the press and media through sympathetic liberal forces. Preparing it become so disembodied as a nation that it can merge seamlessly into a one world order. Obviously the Frankfurt School's ploy to free ethnics, women and gays from an established view was commendable. But they only did so in order to re-arrest them in the handcuffs of 'victimhood status.' Fabians like Tony Blair increased surrevellance and thought and data control, which the Tories will pretend to address as they will pretend to address immigration. The New developing American and British Right feels that it is now important for the citizen to dissect and anaylise power in the United States and the United Kingdom. Be critical of the results of cultural marxist ideology in brainwashing the people. Power and control are what the British state now wishes in which to secure itself. Personal freedom is at stake in such a controlled society. and the ...
