Our water deionizers are rugged, pre-engineered, pre-assembled, standardized units that minimize expensive installation and start-up costs. We have designed our Deionization systems to maximize the efficiency and repeatability of the unit during the service and regeneration modes The Process of Deionization or Ion-Exchange In the context of water purification, ion-exchange is a rapid and reversible process in which impurity ions present in the water are replaced by ions released by an ion-exchange resin. The impurity ions are taken up by the resin, which must be periodically regenerated to restore it to the original ionic form. (An ion is an atom or group of atoms with an electric charge. Positively-charged ions are called cations and are usually metals; negatively-charged ions are called anions and are usually non-metals). The following ions are widely found in Raw Waters Cations Anions Calcium (Ca2+) Chloride (Cl-) Magnesium (Mg2+) Bicarbonate (HCO3-) Sodium (Na+) Nitrate (NO3-) Potassium (K+) Carbonate (CO32-) Iron (Fe2+) Sulfate (SO42-) Ion Exchange Resins There are two basic types of resin -- cation-exchange and anion-exchange resins. Cation exchange resins will release Hydrogen (H+) ions or other positively charged ions in exchange for impurity cations present in the water. Anion exchange resins will release hydroxyl (OH-) ions or other negatively ...
  • Vaccines for 2009 H1N1 Influenza (November 2009) FDA has approved four vaccines for immunization against the 2009 H1N1 influenza virus. Three of them are inactivated virus vaccines for injection, manufactured by CSL Limited, Sanofi Pasteur, Inc, and Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics Limited. The fourth is a live, attenuated virus vaccine administered by nasal spray, manufactured by MedImmune LLC. As with the seasonal influenza vaccine, the 2009 H1N1 vaccines are being produced in formulations that contain the preservative thimerosal as well as preservative-free formulations. Here are some things to know about the 2009 H1N1 vaccines: •First, these are monovalent vaccines without adjuvant, and they are different from the seasonal influenza vaccine. They protect only against the 2009 H1N1 influenza virus, a new strain that's never before circulated in humans. The seasonal influenza vaccine does not protect against the 2009 H1N1 virus. So it is important that people who should receive the seasonal influenza vaccine this year get it. And that means that some people should have both the seasonal vaccine and the 2009 H1N1 vaccine. •Based on currently available information, children younger than 10 should receive two doses of the 2009 H1N1 vaccine approximately one month apart. People 10 years of age and older should receive one dose. Potential side-effects from the 2009 H1N1 vaccine are expected to be similar to those from the seasonal vaccine. For the injectable vaccines, these include soreness at the injection site, mild ...

They BY LAW they have got to show a VACINE INFORMATION SHEET also know as a VIS. Again this FEDERAL LAW has been broken. It is on the CDC website the importance of getting a signed consent and showing and giving a copy of the H1N1 VIS ! See my video response for more info on VIS. Lets HOPE this DOESN'T happen again. The insert specifically states- 5.2 Asthma/Recurrent Wheezing Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine Live, Intranasal or FluMist should not be administered to any individuals with asthma or children less 5 years of age with recurrent wheezing because of the potential for increased risk of wheezing post vaccination unless the potential benefit outweighs the potential risk. • woman takes Flu vaccine now she cant walk forward Doctors have confirmed that a seasonal flu vaccine led to a Virginia woman becoming severely disabled as actors Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy offered their support through their Generation Rescue charity, an organization attempting to raise awareness about the link between vaccines and autism. Former Redskins cheerleader Desiree Jennings was a fit and healthy cheerleader up until two months ago when she got a seasonal flu shot. Ten days after the shot she began experiencing flu like symptoms, followed by severe convulsions and black outs. Now she can barely talk or walk and her life has all but been destroyed. After seeing around 60 doctors, Jennings was eventually diagnosed with dystonia, a paralyzing neurological disorder that causes the muscles to relentlessly contract and spasm. Bizarrely, increased physical activity causes her heart rate to decline, meaning she can run for hours, however, her resting heart rate is 90 and walking a few steps is exhausting and almost impossible. There is no cure for the disease and it gets worse over time. Doctors at Fairfax Inova and Johns Hopkins diagnosed her with a rare neurological disorder called dystonia. They think it was caused by a severe reaction to the flu shot, reports Fox 5 News. Desiree now has difficulty speaking, walking, and even eating. During an interview with FOX 5, she had several seizures. The effects are irreversible. Paul Joseph Watson Prison Friday, October 16, 2009
  • GGN- H1N1 Vaccine Added to Next Season's Flu Shots 2010-2011 PLEASE SUBSCRIBE!!!!! www.ama- At the peak of the influenza A(H1N1) virus epidemic last year, Atlanta internist Sandra Fryhofer, MD, had to refuse vaccine for some patients because they did not fall into the priority groups set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. That shouldn't be a problem during the next flu season, as the Food and Drug Administration has decided to include a pandemic 2009 H1N1 virus in the Northern Hemisphere's 2010-11 seasonal influenza vaccine. "This will make vaccine strategies much simpler so we can focus on getting people vaccinated and protected rather than trying to figure out which group they're in or should they get [the vaccine] now or later," said Dr. Fryhofer, clinical associate professor of medicine at Emory University School of Medicine and a member of the American Medical Association Council on Science and Public Health. The FDA announced Feb. 23 that an A/California/7/2009 (H1N1)-like virus would be included in next season's flu vaccine. This is the same virus used in the 2009 H1N1 monovalent vaccine. Also included in the upcoming influenza vaccine will be an A/Perth/16/2009 (H3N2)-like virus and a B/Brisbane/60/2008-like virus. The FDA's move was followed a day later by a federal panel's recommendation to administer next season's flu vaccine to nearly all Americans, including healthy young people, a group that was disproportionately affected by H1N1. The US H1N1 epidemic peaked in October 2009, with another surge ...

  • Adjuvant Opens Blood-Brain Barrier: Is In Our Kids' Vaccine The Canadian government has approved the unadjuvanted monovalent H1N1 vaccine, but not for toddlers and pregnant women, as we had been told they would. Instead, the 1.8 million shots of squalene-free vaccine will be given only to healthy adults and children age 10-65. Many parents who had been holding out for the unadjuvanted version seem to be under the mistaken impression that this is what is now being offered to their children. I wonder who will actually be receiving the 'special batch'? Will it be available on a first-come-first-serve basis, or only to a privileged group, as is the case in Germany? This is yet to be seen. The combination of squalene and Polysorbate 80 (surfactant) has been shown in animals to open the blood-brain barrier, giving neurotoxins such as mercury direct access to the central nervous system. While we are often reminded of how small the quantity of mercury in the vaccine is, I have never heard it mentioned that it will be given free access to our children's brains, thanks to the adjuvant. Monovalent vaccine package insert: not recommended for children under 3: www.gsk.ca Cochrane Review: Effectiveness of inactivated vaccine was similar to placebo in children 6 months to 2 years: Study describing how adjuvant can open blood-brain barrier: "Some studies of EAE (experimental allergic encephalomyelitis) in rodents report that peripheral injections of complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA), which contains heat-inactivated Mycobacterium ...

  • New Vaccine Joins Campaign to End Polio This is the VOA Special English Development Report, from The World Health Organization has begun to use a new vaccine against polio. Officials say it will become a major tool in the campaign to end a disease that mainly affects children under age five. The new formulation is known as BOPV, or bivalent oral polio vaccine. It was used for the first time in December in a polio immunization campaign in Afghanistan. Carol Pandak is with the PolioPlus program of the service organization Rotary International. She explains that health workers have been using what are called trivalent vaccines in some places. These are areas like Afghanistan where more than one kind of polio virus exists. There are three types of polio virus. The trivalent vaccine is least effective against type three, more effective against type one and highly effective against type two. As a result, few new cases of type two have been reported since nine*** ninety-nine. This has led to greater use of monovalent vaccines to protect against either type one or type three polio. But Carol Pandak says the monovalent vaccine is not enough in areas with both kinds of polio. Rod Curtis at the World Health Organization in Geneva says the new bivalent vaccine solves this problem. Carol Pandak says tests found the new vaccine to be thirty percent more effective than the trivalent vaccine. More than thirty new cases of polio were reported in Afghanistan last year. About half were type one and the ...

  • San Diego Zoo SNAKES the Best Animals Wildlife HD High Definition SNAKES at the San Diego Zoo the Best Animals Wildlife HD High Definition A snake is an elongate reptile of the suborder Serpentes. Like all reptiles, snakes are ectothermic and covered in scales. All snakes are carnivorous and can be distinguished from legless lizards by the lack of eyelids, hind limbs and external ears. Snakes are found on every continent except Antarctica and range in size from the tiny, 10 cm long thread snake to pythons and anacondas of up to 7.6 m (25 ft) in length. In order to accommodate snakes' narrow bodies, paired organs (such as kidneys) appear one in front of the other instead of side by side. Most species are non-venomous and those that have venom use it primarily to kill and subdue prey rather than for self-defense. Some possess venom potent enough to cause painful injury or death to humans. Snakes are thought to have evolved from either burrowing or aquatic lizards during the Cretaceous period (c 150 Ma). The diversity of modern snakes appeared during the Paleocene period (c 66 to 56 Ma). A literary word for snake is serpent, a Middle English word which comes from Old French, and ultimately from *serp-, "to creep"[1], also ερπω in Greek. The serpent is also a symbol of medicine due to its association with Asclepius, the Greek god of medicine. Fif*** families are currently recognized comprising 456 genera and over 2900 species.[2][3] Snakes do not ordinarily prey on humans and most will not attack humans unless the snake is startled or ...

The range of fluorides is considerable as fluorine forms compounds with all elements except helium and neon.[1][2] Fluorides range from severe toxins such as sarin to life-saving pharmaceuticals such as efavirenz and from refractory materials such as calcium fluoride to highly reactive sulfur tetrafluoride.
