In mw2 they made it so that if you put sleight of hand as a perk, it makes it EXTREMLY easy to quickscope. Also when you are pointing your gun in the genreal direction, you get a quickscope with out even aiming it. You just have to shoot in the general direction and scope up while your doing it. Sleight of hand sniping is still more skillfull then ump rushers, noob tubers, no recoil assault rifles and comando knifers. But when iw made the game really easy to quick scope with, it made it really annoying, becuase players dont have to be good in order to snipe you. A really good sniper can do well without it.( look at joehandsome's mw2 vids all using marthon BEATS is a good example on derailed) A good knifer can do well without commando. Those two perks in my opnion are a bit of a crutch. Im not mad at people for using it, there in the game. There are so many things wrong with this game, that just happens to be one of them. What i say isnt gonna make people stop doing it. Ohh and by the way, i am using commando becuase i havent unlicked ninja.

The engineer informs the dispatcher that they have no sand. Watch closely as these two brutt AC4400 actually lunge, and bounce up and down trying to get traction coming up the steep grade of the branch to the mainline. With the locomotives in #8 notch, the hood doors viberate, and you can here the wheels grinding in the sand. It may be a slow video, but you will see what it takes to get this train rolling. The crew in the helper engines never left the comfort of their warm cab in the 19 degree weather. The crew, and some railfans hand sand the rails, and V605 backs up to get a second run for it, and finally makes it out. The whole ordeal to well over an hour. The thing that bugs me is that trainers tell everyone to do lunges, but most people have terrible form. So overall, I'd say lunges are the most over-rated exercise in your program. You need to learn how to do them correctly, so today you'll also get a good lesson on lower body training. So, we will look at split squats and lunges. Specifically, when to use them, what to start with, and how to progress. A pet peeve of mine is seeing trainers take beginners through a series of lunges when really they should have no business doing lunges in the first place. A lunge is a very difficult exercise that requires not only a lot of coordination, but a good deal of lower body strength as well, both of which beginners or overweight individuals tend to lack. On top of that, many overweight individuals have knee problems so performing lunges only intensifies the pain. So when I see trainers taking these individuals through a series of lunges along with giving them weights before they can even perform the exercise properly you can imagine how irked I get. Instead of lunges, what I like to do is have people start with split squats. A split squat is really just a stationary lunge. So to get in position; place one leg in front and one behind,drop your hips straight down and then drive back up. The great thing ...
