Unsurprisingly, the useless UK banks say it's not our problem. The chip and pin system was designed to offload blame for fraud onto the customer away from the banks that enable the fraud in the first place. Other ppl I have showed first say 'wow', then ask 'how long did it take to get good at this?' Well there is no time limit, but I can say I practiced till I could do it with my eyes closed and was able to put rounds on target with zero misses. If this is a bit too much, conducting this drill with live rounds, I would suggest using an airsoft. Now that is IF I would ever suggest someone to actually do this, but I would not; after all this is a hypothetical situation. Anyway you can get some quality training and have minimal risk when you use an airsoft; even then take the proper safety precautions; but of course this is for informational purposes only, so I know you will not try this at home or anywhere else. When your kids play with friends and make new friends that is great but what happens when your kids play with other kids and their parents are crazy and disturb the peace? Anyway we have rights to be at the park and play like everyone else who follows the rules of the park. Signs clearly state what you can and cannot do while at the park and I am getting tired of seeing those rules being broken by ignorant people. Also I have a copy of a little something you should know about video taping your kids or friends in a public place such as a park. An I also have some written facts about the law in regards to this woman's behavior. As a general matter, if you videotape people in public places, even if they have not consented to being recorded, you will not be liable for a violation of "intrusion upon seclusion" because by exposing themselves to public observation, people are not entitled to the same level of privacy that they would enjoy within their own homes.
