Valve lash adjustment on a 5.0L with pedestal rockers I have now finished two volumes on "Swapping a 5.0L engine into a Fox body Ford". This is a short clip from the valve lash adjustment chapter in volume one. Understand, this video clip is for setting non-adjustable pedestal rocker arm. When I torque the rocker bolts down, they are fully tightened to the head. All checks for pushrod length and rocker tip contact were checked earlier in the DVD. The finished video series shows what is needed when installing a V8 into a Fox platform that may have had a 4 or 6 cylinder engine originally. The Fox that I'm using in this production is an 88 Turbo Coupe TBird and the engine is from a 99 Explorer. This video can be used when swapping a 5.0L into any Fox platform. In the first volume, I pull the 4 cyl. and A4LD trans. from car, make changes to the engine so it can fit in a Fox frame as well as do a partial tear down of the engine. The AOD tranny is installed in volume 2 which is the same one that I overhauled in my "How To Overhaul the Ford AOD" repair video. The engine is pretty much stock in vol. 1, however I show how to install a high lift cam, degree it in, check piston to valve clearance, talk about valve train geometry and how to set valve lash. I also do simple bearing and cylinder wall wear measurements. Volume 2 has chapters on putting the drivetrain together, wiring/plumbing engine for EEC IV EFI, and how to troubleshoot electronic fuel injection. I hope you find this tutorial useful! I used NaturaLash but Eyelure, MAC (need to buy the glue separately) and elf lashes are also good. ALWAYS test the glue on a patch of skin, say the inside of your elbow,. Leave it there for 24 hours to check you aren't allergic. If you do come out in a rash, do not use the glue, try another brand and repeat the test.

How TO: Apply FALSE EYELASHES tutorial Video explains it all :) 1. Apply thin layer of liquid liner 3. Curl Lashes if you like 2. Apply mascara 3. Place drop of glue on lash container (Duo Surgical Glue is best, you can get it at MAC or any drugstore) 4. Use back of tweezers to apply thin layer of glue to lash band, concentrating on the ends 5. Wait 20 seconds or so for glue to become tacky 6. Apply just above lashline, make sure ends stick 7. Use tweezer back to push lashes on and down so they are close to lashline 8. Add line of liquid liner over lashband to cover any glue and make it look seemless :) **Sorry theres like a little bit of glue on the lashes midway, but the glue dries clear so you can't even see :)** **EYESHADOW LOOK IS IRON MAN :)**

Natural Lash Growth Gel PLEASE READ!!!! This is the only reason I have long lashes and they haven't fallen out from mascara. I personally noticed a massive difference in how strong and long my lashes were in four days/a week but obviously this will vary from person to person. Don't expect your lashes to go super overnight and please don't expect this to make your lashes look like falsies. This improves your lashes health, that dose not mean it will make them grow like bamboo :-) I use it every night before i go to bed and sometimes before I apply mascara to give my lashes a protective base and It makes it sooooooo much easier to take the mascara off without pulling out your eyelashes. oh yea....and I wouldn't recommend using this on your eyebrows or the problem wont be them growing......it will be STOPPING them growing! And no I have never experienced any of the nasty side effects many eyelash growth products warn off with this. If anything I found the skin around my eyes loved the stuff and was always soft after using this. Please don't try any other alternatives other than the ones I have mentioned/listed as alternative. I recommend alternatives because I have used them as alternatives and haven't experienced any side effects or funny reactions. Please don't be stupid and try to turn into an instant chemist.....trust me when I tell you eventually you will get a nasty mix. I personally have used this up in three weeks to a month, I've never kept it for longer than than so I wouldn't recommend ...
