  • The Jabberwock `Twas brillig, and the slithy toves Did gyre and gimble in the wabe: All mimsy were the borogoves, And the mome raths outgrabe. "Beware the Jabberwock, my son! The jaws that bite, the claws that catch! Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun The frumious Bandersnatch!" He took his vorpal sword in hand: Long time the manxome foe he sought -- So rested he by the Tumtum tree, And stood awhile in thought. And, as in uffish thought he stood, The Jabberwock, with eyes of flame, Came whiffling through the tulgey wood, And burbled as it came! One, two! One, two! And through and through The vorpal blade went snicker-snack! He left it dead, and with its head He went galumphing back. "And, has thou slain the Jabberwock? Come to my arms, my beamish boy! O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!' He chortled in his joy. `Twas brillig, and the slithy toves Did gyre and gimble in the wabe; All mimsy were the borogoves, And the mome raths outgrabe.
  • Marianne Faithfull Jabberwock This is a pleasing version of Jabberwock the famous Lewis Caroll poem performed by Marianne Faithfull from the album Come My Way 1965 Although her reading of the Edgar Allen Poe classic Annabel Lee is probably better known. Check that out too on Utube

  • Let's Play Engage to Jabberwock [8] boss rush My only real complaint with how the game operates is the phase level. It goes down if you get hit even once, the level goes down, and you have to clear a room without getting hit to raise it. This is frustrating because it's hard to get the phase level to stay at a point I'm comfortable with. Normal mode is too hard for my tastes, but Easy is too easy. I'd like the phase level to stay around 7-8, but it's so hard to NEVER get hit I can't keep it there, resulting in the game just always being too hard or too easy. Oh, and some of the bosses are ridiculously hard.

  • Let's Play Engage to Jabberwock [2] Aries As I said, I had to record the entire Let's Play in one sitting since the game does not let you load a save game after quitting. Apparently it's a glitch with the original program, not the translation patch. So yeah, the entire Let's Play has been recorded already.

  • Jabberwock Demo-Voice This role is the Jabberwock from American McGee's Alice. Really don't know what to think of this voice, but I tried another Crispin Freeman voice just to make it fit. I've heard rumors about a live-action movie of the game, so I guess I just have to wait and see what happens. I've been thinking about whether my voice is pretty much too villainy to voice as. I need to try finding a hero voice if there is any. Song: Slipnot - The Virus Of Life (Why, because I think it fits if they use it for a boss battle.)

  • Skyscraper - Jabberwock (Fairytale Mix) Skyscraper - Jabberwock (Fairytale Mix) - 1999 Most of you will be familiar with this tune from Red Jerry's Deep n Chilled Euphoria. This is the Fairytale mix, and it is a great mix. It features Dame Judi Dench reciting Lewis Carroll's poem. This video was quickly put together (isn't it obvious), just using some photos of artists interpretations of a jabberwocky.

  • Let's Play Engage to Jabberwock [1] Advanced Indie PC game made by Platine Dispositif. The story is more complicated than I originally thought... but not by much. You play as Francia (fu-ra-n-shi-a) who has ended up in the Emerald Dungeon. Not knowing how she got there, she must defeat the 12 bosses (slaves?) to win her freedom.
  • Jabberwock! One of my favorite Poems! This is my attempt at a british accent but also I am reading one of my favorite poems. The pictures at the beginning describe what each of the nonsense words are suppose to mean. It is best read in any other accent besides American! Hahah `Twas brillig, and the slithy toves Did gyre and gimble in the wabe: All mimsy were the borogoves, And the mome raths outgrabe. "Beware the Jabberwock, my son! • Jabberwock Castlefest 2010 Omnia Castlefest 2010 This song is dedicated to Johnny Depp. In his role as Mad Hatter(and we really love the mad people) he tells the poem during his walk through the forest with Alice in the latest movie Alice in wonderland by Tim Burton. Jabberwock is a nonsence Poem by Lewis Carroll in his book Through the Looking-glass and if you know the book then you understand why the text is printed in mirror writing in the booklet of the new CD of Omnia Wolf Love. 'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves Did gyre and gimble in the wabe: All mimsy were the borogoves, And the mome raths outgrabe. "Beware the Jabberwock, my son! Wangford, of course, became quite a popular country and western artist in the eighties. Some copies of the Jabberwock 45 came in picture sleeves (as is shown above) and these are particularly rare and sought-after.
