  • Boa constrictor with severe stomatitis, dehydration and malnourishment This Boa constrictor was presented to me with a severe case of stomatitis ulcerosa. The roof of the mouth was severely swollen and in the tissue there were holes filled with puss and dead flesh. Applying pressure on the nose resulted in puss running out of holes in the snake's mouth. (holes which shouldn't have been there to begin with... ) The vomero-nasal organ (Jacobsons organ) was completely destroyed and some of the bones in the upper jaw were also affected by the stomatitis. The fluids running over the right eye could not be drained due to the swelling of the surrounding tissue, hence the swelling of the head.. This animal was also severely dehydrated and malnourished, there is a video in my upload-list with the intestinal parasites this animal also had to deal with (flagellates and pinworms) ( www.youtube.com ) Unfornunately, despite treatment with antimicrobials, daily cleaning the oral mucosae subcutaneous fluids and agressive antiparasitic treatment (and a Sh*tload of money spent) this animal died after 6 or 7 days of intensive care.. Had the animal been brought in sooner (say, a month or so...) I am convinced that it would have been alive still. Some people should not be allowed to keep animals as pets.

So now she has to bleed as much as he bled for her. He begs her to stop torturing herself but she wants to die to prove her love for him. The torture room catches fire and so does Julekha, the beautiful lover. So Ilias Kanchon bites his own arm and bleeds. His blood puts out the fire. The man who rescues him says that they have proved their love and now he will drop him home.

  • Nutrition In Amoeba Check us out at www.tutorvista.com Amoeba is a microphagous feeder, which means that it feeds upon small aquatic organisms like bacteria, flagellates, ciliates and minute food particles. When a hungry Amoeba approaches to some food particle, it produces out its pseudopodia in the form of food cup which engulf the food particle by turning into food vacuole. the food also contain some water. this complete ingestion. the next step is digestion which is faciliated by the lysosomes. A few lysosomes surround the food vacuole and get fused with the membrane to discharge their enzymatic contents(proteases, amylases and lipases)into it. Hence the digestion is intacellular. At this stage the vacuole becomes a digestive vacuole. It decrease in size as the water is withdrawn and its content first become acidic(pH 5.6) and then alkaline(pH 7.3). When the digestion is completed, the digestive vacuole membrane is drawn into numerous fine c***s. the soluble food particles are passed into the c***s and finally into the surrounding cytoplasm by micropinocytosis. the digested food, water and minerals are absorbed(absorption) into the cytoplasm and circulate in it, through cyclosis where the food is assimilated into new protoplasm or is oxidized to librate energy. the undigested food is egested by exocytosis at the rear end.

These animals are only found in captivity and the presence of these parasites is an indication of very poor hygiene in the cages these animals are kept in. • Sweeney Todd Part 14/27: Kiss Me / Ladies in their Sensi... Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street 1982 Tour Cast, starring Angela Lansbury as Mrs. Lovett and George Hearn as Sweeney Todd. Part 14 includes "Kiss Me", "Ladies in their Sensitivities", and "Kiss Me (Quartet)". It begins with a scene between Judge Turpin (Edmund Lyndeck) and Beadle Bamford (Calvin Remsberg) in which is revealed that Judge Turpin plans to marry Johnna (Betsy Joslyn), ostensibly to protect her from the dangers of the world but actually because he's a dirty old man. (This is made even clearer in the deleted song "Johanna", in which Judge Turpin flagellates himself while spying on Johanna through a keyhole. You can hear this song on the original cast recording, the revival cast recording, and on the concert recordings from 2000 and 2001.) Then there is the adorable "Kiss Me" in which Anthony (Cris Groenendaal) and Johanna spaz and run amok. Best line: "We don't have gate..." Then "Ladies in their Sensitivies", in which the Beadle tells Judge Turpin he should clean himself up to impress Johanna. He tells him of a certain barber -- can you guess whom? Finally the quartet of "Kiss Me", during which Anthony and Johanna resolve to get married and the Beadle tells Judge Turpin Sweeney's name about thirty times.
