My Band - The Exceptions - Live I'm the drummer in the Ska band The Exceptions, which hadn't played together in 10 years, and last December we went on a little reunion tour. This was from our first show on that tour at a place called The Intersection in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This song is called Mean Ole Malley. I put this vid up because it is one of the ultra rare clips in which you can actually see me play a bit. This was such a fun show for me. And The Intersection was a great place to play. The place was packed. There were a lot of other bands there too, to help draw a crowd. Unlike the "real drums" video I posted yesterday, this is me playing in a live setting. I hit the drums so much harder at a live show and my arms are killing me after a single set. The adrenaline gets pumpin' and I go all out. The sound quality is pretty bad, and you probably can't tell we're actually playing "music", but I like its rawness. Rock on! .

Bill's Final Project Note- This isn't actually a preview. This was the final project for my intro to video and audio design classes. If I were to make an actual video based off of this preview, it would be incredibly lame. If you read the description like I advise at the end of this video, then I send you a virtual high five, and if you didn't then doom on you. I shot it on two different days and spent a while editing it. I think that this video really helped me flex my muscles as a video editor. I used Pinnacle Studio 11 to edit it, and let me tell you- this video honestly reaches the peak of what you can do with that program. I wish I was as fluent with Final cut or Adobe Premiere as I am with Pinnacle Studio...but unfortunately I do not have the financial means to own either of those programs at this time. Wakfu Episode One clip: Nox versus Grougaloragran Quite simply my favorite scene from the first episode of Wakfu, a new TV series from France (of all places!) based on a free-to-play MMORPG (also named 'Wakfu').
