Imperial March (of the Floppies) Uh oh, I'm afraid my floppy drives might be turning to the dark side of the force... The Kryoflux is a board that connects old floppy drives to newer computers via USB. It allows for low-level reading of disks to RAW data and floppy images. Pretty INSANE!!! The cars are braking so hard their brake disks are VERY VERY HOT (so I don't say "over-heat" :P) to a point they GLOW!! Shot at Spa-Francorchamps. The Ferrari 599XX is a race car built by Ferrari for their clients, based on the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano, but for the track! This monster can achieve 700 horse power at 9000 rpm... The sound of the car is simply incredible, but the best part has got to be the downshifts = you could hear them a few kilometers around, they echoed throughout the whole circuit! Phantom of the Floppera Visit for more information! Test run of my (d)iskette (O)rgan doing Toccata & Fugue. People have made floppy drives sing before, but this is my personal take on it. Features two 3 1/2" drives and two 5 1/4" drives connected to a PIC18f14k50 microcontroller. It interfaces to any MIDI source via MIDI over USB. Straight MIDI would also be possible with an additional small circuit and some minor firmware changes. This initial version can respond to all 128 MIDI notes, and pitch bends +/- 2 semitones. As it can produce only four simultaneous notes, and each drive has a different range and tonal characteristics, best results are obtained by arranging compositions by hand. However, it features two modes of operation: in one mode, MIDI channels 1 through 4 are played directly on floppy drives 1 through 4. In the other mode, all 16 MIDI channels are read, and notes are "intelligently" divvied out on a first-come, first-serve basis. "Note stealing" ensures that melody lines sound, but chords are often cut short. One or the other produces acceptable results for many unmodified MIDI files straight out of your favorite media player. Scripts Scripts are the building blocks of Live CD compiled with Winbuilder are used to build the core components of the Live CD, for adding applications, and for configuration of a specific project. Scripts consist of a human readable text file with the .script extension and can contain Winbuilder scripting commands, the scripts graphical user interface, and sometimes encoded applications to be extracted when needed. The CD/DVD or USB device may include comprehensive collections of antivirus rescue cds, collections of utilities, popular distributions of Linux Live, and the best known Windows PE © , recovery disks and Install of Windows XP © and Windows Seven © SARDU does include a few utilities, but is primarily a tool for managing the software (ISO files) you download from other companies and developers. Downloaded ISOs should be placed inside the iso folder. Alternatively, you can select a different path by selecting the iso icon at the top of the GUI. SARDU has multilanguage support. At startup it checks to see if a system language exists, then sets the software language accordingly. If a system language does not exist the language is set to English.
