As a couple of viewers pointed out, the configuration of the continents was different in the cretaceous. However, the places where the different eggs were found are still what could be described as "opposite sides of the world." For other videos of this genre check out Part of a series of videos exposing the funny stupidity of creationists and why they deserve to be laughed at. In each case the creationist statements are shown to be outrageously stupid by even the most rudimentary knowledge of science. This episode is significantly different from previous episodes in that it has a political background. The vice presidential candidate for the Republican Party this year is the creationist Sarah Palin. The presidential candidate himself is 72 years old, and if he dies, that means that there will be a dangerously ignorant, hard core religious nut running the United States. Given that Palin doesnt know what the Bush Doctrine is (the source of one of the biggest US foreign policy blunders in recent history), and thinks that praying for soldier will protect them, I thought this worthy of a rather unusual episode of WPDLAC.

- Why I Despise Creationists Now and again I get a comment saying that my use of the occasional tactical insult or profanity are detracting from the message of my videos and that I should take the high ground when dealing with the festering pustules otherwise known as creationists. There is certainly merit to this point of view, but I don't take my approach lightly and without having thought about it for some time. I spent over a year politely debating creationists in comments sections before I started making videos, so my perspective has been finely honed through the school of hard knocks. A recent exchange with a particular obnoxious ***tard in the comments section of one of my older videos provided a perfect example of exactly why I treat these people the way I do and inspired me to make this video to outline my motivations while using him to illustrate my point. You can find the comments referred to in this video here: Finally, a very big thank you to you all for your very kind and consoling words following the death of my family's pet conure. - Richard Dawkins: One Fact to Refute Creationism Complete video at: fora.tv Biologist Richard Dawkins identifies what he views is the single most compelling fact to refute Creationism -- but states that the real problem lies in convincing Creationists to listen to the evidence. "What they do is simply stick their fingers in their ears and say 'La la la,'" says Dawkins. "You cannot argue with a mind like that." ----- Richard Dawkins' The God Delusion created a storm of controversy over the question of God's existence. Now, in The Greatest Show on Earth, Dawkins presents a stunning counterattack against advocates of "Intelligent Design" that explains the evidence for evolution while keeping an eye trained on the absurdities of the creationist argument. More than an argument of his own, it's a thrilling tour into our distant past and into the interstices of life on earth. Taking us through the case for evolution step-by-step, Dawkins looks at DNA, selective breeding, anatomical similarities, molecular family trees, geography, time, fossils, vestiges and imperfections, human evolution, and the formula for a strong scientific theory. Dawkins' trademark wit and ferocity is joined by an infectious passion for the beauty and strangeness of the natural world, proving along the way that the mechanisms of the natural world are more miraculous -- a "greater show" -- than any creation story generated by any religion on earth. - Berkeley Arts and Letters Richard Dawkins is a world-renowned evolutionary biologist and author. - Information Argument Destroyed ! (Answering the 15 Question Creationist Pamphlet) A favorite Creationist Argument is that of "Information". It is the notion that DNA is information, therefore, we should intuitively expect it to be the product of an Intelligent agent of some sort. I was given an excellent excuse by Lapkine77 to destroy this argument, with a twist, by participating in his project "Answering the 15 Question Pamphlet" along with some Excellent Youtubers. Its an effort to counteract the negative consequences of this new Creationist Propaganda Campaign. This video is a part of that collaboration project. You can watch the whole project along with links to the video maker's channels here : And please do visit Lapkine's channel here: We do have to keep in mind, that the Information Argument is on its own a failure, because it replaces one unknown with another. - Creationists Fail Again "Oops" ~Creationists We tried to tell them, but they just didn't listen. I probably should have pointed out that the Kepler telescope uses the transit method to find planets, which means it can't see the planet until it is "eclipsing" its star. In order for that to happen, it has to be at the perfect angle between us and its star. This means that Kepler is only capable of seeing a TINY fraction of the planets that are near us. That, too, greatly adds to the numbers of planets we can safely assume are out there. Ouch, Creationists...ouch. Kepler science chief William Borucki at the American Association for the Advancement of Science in Washington DC estimates that there are at least 50 billion planets in our galaxy with around 500 million residing in habitable zones. The data was extrapolated from Kepler's findings. I also drew a similar conclusion from the data, thus considered my video cautious and conservative. That's why I comfortably posted the video without fear of it turning into an exaggerated arsenic lifeform story, or a "missing link" story.
