  • Trace Mayer's "The Great Credit Contraction" Trace Mayer shows that during a credit expansion capital moves into risky assets because they have the highest return. He also shows that during a credit contraction capital seeks the safest assets for protection. We are in the greatest credit contraction in the world's history... the base of the inverted pyramid of liquidity is "power money," gold and silver. • The Great Credit Contraction by Trace Mayer JD The global economy is built on a derivative illusion. As the great credit contraction grinds on, the importance of performing accurate mental calculations of value will become more and more important. Every major country, including the United States, uses a fiat currency illusion as its legal tender. Even more troubling is that the worlds reserve currency—the FRN$—is a currency illusion. This system is evaporating before our very eyes. This book describes the background leading to this evaporation, which I call the Great Credit Contraction, sorts through complicated economic nomenclature, determines the root causes of the credit contraction evaporation, and suggests ways to maintain wealth during this global economic crisis. This book opens by discussing the development of money in the market. Understanding the historical landscape will provide the reader a perspective of where we currently are and what is likely to happen to the market in the future. To date, the development and rise of fractional reserve banking has perpetuated the inflationary credit expansion. During this process, fiat currency has risen to dominance with the culmination of the United States Federal Reserve Note Dollar (FRN$) as the worlds reserve currency. In summary, this book is an autopsy of the current worldwide monetary and financial system beginning with a brief overview of financial history, the current great deflationary credit contraction, and projecting the future ...

  • Contractions...waiting for Madeline I was determined to labor naturally with my first born child and labor I did. This is no drugs, real life. Based on the date/time stamp of the video, I had been in labor for 10 hours at this point. It's amazing to me to see how I handled the contractions. I still felt great and preferred to be left alone, which my hospital and doctors/midwife respectfully honored. As the day turned to night and day again, I didn't fare so well, but we did welcome our perfect baby in her own perfect way. After 23+ hours of laboring without any drugs (I was 100% effaced, Madeline was only at 0 station and I was 8 cm dilated), I got the epidural. at 27 hours, Madeline came out via c-section. She was 8 lbs 15 oz, and 22 inches long. And perfect in every way.

Alicia is getting close to transition in this video but you can see how calm she feels and how focused she is...she's just riding the birthing wave (contraction) out. The whole birth was like this.

  • Muscle Structure and Function An HD version is coming soon! Visit for more! And here's the last animation done during high school, also the first 'real' one for biology. It explains the details of animal muscles and is actually very useful for anyone studying the subject. So useful, that it I should sell it to some educational or biological company, as my biology teacher said. Anyway, this one was, again, done late at night, so you will surely find a few glitches if you look for them. And yes, I know the voicing is bad and needs to be redone, but 15 minutes before school, after a night of almost no sleep, that was the best I could do. For all you biology students out there, I hope you find this useful ;) Start time: 05/27/08 15:28 Finish time: 06/13/08 11:43 Work time: around 10 hrs.
