Also, the brightness changes that do occur and the posterization of the grayscale gradient are much less visible on the television than in this video. Tech notes: TC-P42ST30 with 100+ hours (bought about three weeks ago) in Cinema mode, contrast=+92, brightness=+44, panel brightness=low, black level=light. Fix iPad Wifi Connection and Signal Issues Users have been reporting issues with the iPad's WiFi signal strength and it's ability to connect to WiFi networks. Apparently this issue has to do with the signal strength of the WiFi radio being linked to the brightness of the screen. Specifically if the screen brightness is at the lowest setting when the iPad wakes from sleep, you get a poor WiFi signal. To fix it, simply increase your screens brightness. It's a lame fix but it's the easiest method until Apple fixes the issue permanently. For more info read here:

Streamlight Stylus Pro penlight: Bright Done Thin In many cases simple is just better. This is no better illustrated than the well-made and reliable Streamlight Stylus Pro penlight. It represents an improvement of design over the regular Stylus flashlight (shown for reference). Yes it lacks the multi-mode versatility and uber-brightness of the Nitecore and Fenix Cree LED lights, but for many uses its brightness and output will be ideal. I find the ½ watt 30000 high flux LED of the Stylus Pro possesses excellent brightness (24 lumens) for its size. Digital regulation is standard and helps achieve 7.5 hour run time (factory data). Weighing only 1.8 ounces (with two AAA batteries), this little torch is my most used light. It fits readily into pen pockets or carry bags, fannypacks, flightsuits, ACU/ABU/BDU pockets, medical kits, and shirt pockets. The clip is sturdy and functional and the light is water resistant. Made of 6000 series aluminum, it's also tough. Other upsides include: tactile push button switch, multiple color availability (that blue is cool!), lifetime warranty, reasonable cost, o-ring sealing, included belt holster, and a reasonable cost. In its POU I have noted no downsides. Where compactness and simplicity are desired for close range lighting tasks, the Stylus Pro penlight will prove itself a reliable lighting companion. /////////////Nutnfancy Likeability Scale: 10 of 10

So if you can't see a thing, up your brightness. The ingame timer, it seems it counts cinematics, as such I am forced to cancel the queen's intro or that would ad a lot of seconds to my time. On to the level itself, the first part you must kill two aliens or Tequila won't talk to you. There are four possible spawn points for these two aliens. SO you have to keep your eyes on the motion detector to inmediately go meet the aliens should they spawn on the non-usual spots. First spot, where I met the first alien, it's common. But this alien may stop and do a cry, or just start running on walls. If you get the cry then perfect because you can unload your pistol on it at close distance. The second alien spot is around the turn on top of the cylinder, this alien doesn't tend to hiss but it tends to get stuck, so you can again get some free shots with relative ease. The third alien is on the roof, close to the final track where Tequila talks to you, and you can see it before getting to it. It almost always does a cry, specially if you point at it with the flashlight, so you have time to close the distance and shoot it some. The fourth is a pain because it starts outside from view a few meters after the third one, and covered with the props on the floor. It then jumps onto the walls and starts dashing making it impossible to kill ...

Nokia 5800 LCD screen display brightness shows the display of Nokia 5800 XpressMusic at different brightness levels and viewing angles. Though it can't match the new AMOLEDs from Nokia and Samsung, but still can't be considered a bad one. The brightness is awesome for use in indoors and even outdoors unless you keep it direct under sunlight. The firmware I use has a brightness mod so i get more points to select from and also lesser brightness than that in original firmware. There is no difference in 50% and 100% brightness due to the exposure metering in camera, but actually, it gets damn bright at 100% in the dark.
