Bull's-Eye: In grand style www.ntv.co.ke Style they say is the manner of doing something. Whereas some change their style from time to time, some don't and this is true for Nairobi councillors who believe that nothing comes without abrasiveness. They were at their best as they attempted to resolve the delicate matter of leadership at the water company. While style may get you results, sometimes the very opposite is what one gets and as Emmanuel Juma reports on Bull's-Eye, some found themselves getting a dose of their own medicine over the week.
Against The Wall: Quality of Life Part 9 Quality of Life, as a true low-budget indie, is a remarkably polished film. Chronicling the lives of two Frisco graff writers (Vain and Heir) as their encounters with the law place strain on their friendship and ambitions, the movie takes a penetrating look at those involved in the underground graffiti movement, as well as their place in society. While one character, Heir, considers straightening out his life by getting involved in advertising, bringing to light the difficulties involved in such a transition, his friend, Vain, unwilling to let go of the "bombing" lifestyle, heads into a tailspin, that eventually explodes in the film's powerful climax. Despite the serious nature of the film, the movie has a lot of funny moments, which prevent it from being overbearing. The characters- artists at a crossroads- are complex and interesting, and a good balance, the more volatile Vain complementing the more level-headed Heir. Aesthetically, the cinematography, which mirrors the grittiness of the Frisco graff scene, is beautiful in its abrasiveness, and the soundtrack, featuring bay area emcees like Andre Nikatina and Top Ramen, helps set the mood. There's also some pretty ill fight scenes and the tags are top notch. I would definitely recommend this movie to anyone interested in hip hop culture.
Removing Stains from Vintage Clothing - Women's Style Removing Stains from Vintage Clothing - as part of the Women's Style series by GeoBeats. Good way to remove stains from vintage clothing is to do a pre-wash and treat it. You can treat it with an item something like oxiclean or if you have got a particularly delicate item you can use an ivory soap or something that has less phosphates and abrasiveness. You want to soap that item, and treat it and clean it before you put it in a cold watered delicate wash. And wash that item, that is a good way to remove stains. Some stains are tricky to come out. Armpit stains are one of the worse that I have ever seen in vintage clothing. They are produced from sweat in our body that will break away and eat away the fabric of the clothing literally, so sometimes that can be almost impossible to remove. A good tip on removing stains that are on vintage clothing and are just a light stain, that is right on top of that item, is a baby wipe. Baby wipes are my best friend, you are gonna take those and you are gonna rub it along the item of vintage clothing and they will take away lipstick, they will take away deodorant stains and they will take away face make up.

Milk It.wmv Well here is what I like to refer to as one of the new classics, because this was a mid-nineties song that I thought was awesome. This is from a little band that went by the name of Nirvana. This song appeared on the stupendous album In Utero, which in my opinion was probably they're best album right up there with Bleach. I definitely believe that this album (being the last that Nirvana released) was showing the definite improvement of playing and lyrical skills of Kurt, as well as the furthering tightness of the three piece converging closer to one solid unit. I think the riffing on this song is extremely hard sounding and although it is quite simple, it shows the awesomeness of Kurt's ability to write songs with such simple measures. Also, Steve Albini produce this album adding another layer of greatness and abrasiveness that really made this album a classic of our times or at least my time. Just want to add that you got to love the feedback parts of the guitar along with Kurt's almost comical verse melody.......

Do not push straight down * Make sure water is sufficient to wet bit. * DiamondSure bits can be used in * They are electroplated, blonded and designed for drilling to depths of about 1/2" in ceramic tile, porcelain tile, glass block, slate, marble, quartz, granite, limestone and more. * Not designed for use on concrete, masonry, metal or for use with impact hammer drills. * Core drill bits have a hollow center and cut a circle in the material to create a hole. * The life of any type of diamond drill bit depends upon the hardness, abrasiveness and thickness of the material being drilled and the specific drilling techniques used (drill speed, pressure and lubrication), the diamonds of a drill bit don't actually wear out as much as they wear off due to heat and friction caused by the extreme hardness and abrasiveness of the material drilled. * Drilling in glass, ceramic, marble, is a slow process compared to softer materials like wood or even metal. A deep hole can be drilled in wood ...

No Till Drill seeding wheat 22mph 15 row x 7" First time ever on film direct drilling wheat at 22 mph or 35 kph, speeds never before seen. This machine (owner built $85000) is one of 4 only ever built and over the last 4-5 years these machines have collectively custom contracted over 150000 acres in the Western Districts of Victoria Australia. Average prices ranging from $22-30.00 p/acre. This particular machine as per video is on its last paddock (field) of wheat out of 3000 acres of all types crop/pasture all over Western Victoria, this 3000 acres occurred in 5-6 weeks total, just the one single driver, farmers/customers provide lift back to vehicle, fuel, food, accomodation on top. Total downtime (breakdowns/maintenance) did not exceed 4 hours, total breakage costs (parts, bearings etc) no more than $180.00, Discs/coulter blades (18") will do between 5-6500 acres depending on abrasiveness before needing to be replaced. Tractor is Fendt 712 Vario (Agco) annual payments $32000 plus balloon at end. It is worth noting that without exception almost all of the jobs these machines do cannot be done with any other type of machine/technology due to rocks, terrain, trash, mud and or combinations thereof - let alone with the precision seed depth placement and seed/soil contact these SNT coulter units are capable of. This combination of tractor/drill sowing wheat 2" deep is generally capable of average speeds of 15-16 mph (25-27 kph) on flat going which equates to roughly 10-12 acres p/hour, every hour, including fill time ...
Typical Hangout We arrived in Denver on a Friday for the 2010 USAPL Raw Nationals and had a bit of trouble before finally getting the rental car. This is one of the few videos that I took on the trip but it clearly shows Brent's abrasiveness, Chris' irritation in response, Mike's random comments, and my lack of acknowledgement. Oh, and prior to this video Chris apparently called shotgun.
"SEASCAPE WITH SHARKS AND DANCER" (2008) - SCENE Ben, a lonely aspiring novelist, rescues Tracy from the sea during an apparent suicide attempt. Back at his house, she's nasty and ungrateful, her abrasiveness masking past trauma. By the next morning, they have become lovers-and he has learned how to handle her so she doesn't always outsmart him and can even be conciliatory. She moves in with him, but the course of true love does not run smooth. This relationship is twisted up in turmoil. Ben is so devoted and why Tracy's antics persist, and they recognize that Tracy's inability to follow through on her repeated promises to leave belies her bravado. In this scene we see Tracy threaten Ben with the killing of their unborn child. Starring Ashly Margaret Rae, Benjamin Farrar Directed by Benjamin Farrar
How to remove stock stickers from a motorcycle... (part 2) to remove the remainder of the glue... heat with hair dryer and rub gently with your fingers. the point of this is to just thin out the glue and spread it around so it will "melt" better. Once the glue is thin & melted... wipe with the WD40 papertowel... this will allow for the WD40 to break down the glue, as well as the light abrasiveness of the towel to pull the glue off. If you need to push & scrub, use the cloth diaper or your finger. Simply wipe clean after all the glue is off. If you get some spots that are stuck... dont be afraid to use your finger nail, but don't use a knife or razor, especially on the plastics.
Adam Marsland - At The Bookstore. Adam Marsland is an American independent singer/songwriter, most known as the former lead vocalist and primary songwriter of ***eyed Ghost, a 1990s California power-pop trio whose sound was equally indebted to the abrasiveness of Husker Du and the songcraft of Elton John. Several years after the dissolution of ***eyed Ghost's record label, Big Deal, the band--which had increasingly become a vehicle for Marsland's very personal songwriting--disolved after one more self-released album. Marsland launched his solo career with a series of extensive, cross-country tours playing small clubs, and the release of a live album, 232 Days on the Road. In 2004, Marsland joined with singer/songwriter Evie Sands, who became a driving force in The "Adam Marsland Chaos Band," his new touring band and the band used on his first solo studio album, 2004's You Don't Know Me. Two years later, the band began playing a string of concerts that paid tribute to the songs of Dennis and Carl Wilson, and this materialized in a live album released under the full band moniker. In 2008, Marsland re-recorded several old ***eyed Ghost and solo songs for a best-of compilation spanning his entire career. In 2009, Marsland returned with his second solo full-length, Go West, a stylistically-varied double album. The nearly 5-year recording of Go West was mentally, emotionally, and financially exhausting for Marsland (he faced a significant degree of personal tragedy during its recording, including the suicide ...
Against The Wall: Quality of Life Part 13 Quality of Life, as a true low-budget indie, is a remarkably polished film.

Best Of 2010 Revisited #10: Watain "Lawless Darkness" Album Review The next entry in my best of 2010 series is the latest album from dark, brooding, and just plain evil Swedish black metal anti heroes Watain 10 songs that fill up an entire CD length, but the story thats being woven here is both epic and grandiose in nature. The music has a somewhat abrasive but heavy undertone, portrayed by the very well played guitars, drums and bass are solid, and Erik's vocals are raspy and demand your attention Back then, this album honestly didn't win me over as much as the other releases of that year did, maybe the abrasiveness and album length kind of intimidated me a bit, but as time went by, I've learned to appreciate and further respect this Watain legacy. Awesome album, although be prepared for a long journey. On Season Of Mist, do it before Erik smashes your head in with his bass 8 out of 10

Bleach: Shattered Blade -- Yumichika Ayasegawa As a note, there are some characters with an alternate costume choice....but they are few and far between...and I have to warn you, most of them happen to be like this one: uniforms for Karakura High, because apparently soul reapers on duty in the real world have nothing better to do than jump in a gigai and hang out with Ichigo like they're supposed to be classmates or something. I wonder how much memory rearrangement they have to do in the process...might as well just pretend to be regular people or skip the gigai altogether, since being able to patrol the city invisibly and fight Hollows the whole time sounds kinda like...well, their jobs. Silly me, I guess. Now here's a pretty interesting guy...if you can get over his initial abrasiveness and appreciate the value of his twisted outlook on life. And to be totally honest, I don't think his hairstyle is all that beautiful...so if he's going to lecture people, he might want to get whatever the heck is up with those three colorful bits of...I guess it's his hair, out of the way first. That and I don't really dig the bowl cut he's got going on besides that. It's only attractive in guys if it's unkempt and settles that way on its own...but poor Yumichika is so proud of all that work he apparently puts into his bowl. It's kinda sad, really, because he's not too hard on the eyes besides that. His sword, on the other hand, doesn't really do it for me. It's like a rake-sickle and somehow I imagine having that many blades is more ...
ANULAB Cerchar Abrasivity Test CAI Cerchar Abrasivity Index (CAI) is one of the commonly used tests to evaluate rock abrasiveness for cutter life/cost estimations of TBM projects. There are at least 3 style machines, 2 different pin hardness, and the test could be run on fresh rock surface VS a sawn surface. Each of these parameters has a meaningful effect on the results, but its impacts were not fully understood nor its implications well explored. This paper reviews the current practice of Cerchar testing and its implications on geotechnical investigations related to TBM tunnels and provide a set of guidelines on testing and reporting of the test results for future projects.

cnc ferrule threading This video shows how to bore & counterbore an elforyin ferrule blank & cut the threads with live tooling. If you buy pre-threaded ferrule blanks from a vendor, you are usually stuck with only one thread option & you're at the mercy of the sloppy machining facility that does the work. Tapping your own, particularly the phenolics, is tricky because of the abrasiveness of the phenolics. I've been live tooling my ferrules on a lathe for some time but decided to try doing them on the CNC. It works very well & the results are CNC repeatable.

Machinist Noise Assault - The Mind Is The Enemy 'Self Help' is the first official album by Machinist Noise Assault, culminating after years of dabbling with different styles of drone, noise, and industrial since its inception in 1998. Lyrically, 'Self Help' is a scornful examination of various forms of self abuse/neglect, and severe internal struggle based around the concept of one being one's own worst enemy. Sonically, expect to hear densely layered power electronics, standing out from the usual 'Set it and forget it'-style of its peers with less focus being applied to outright abrasiveness, and more being put on texture, development, and atmospheric elements. Mastering by THOMAS GARRISON. Taken from the album 'Self Help' Silken Tofu 2010 http Lyrics to 'The Mind Is The Enemy': Vague flashes of faded memories. Of familiar and forgotten faces. Of every lost hope and abandoned dream. This is what you did. This is what you saw. This is what you felt. This is what you knew. Everyone you hurt. Everything you ruined. Every single last *** up, fear, and failure all coming back to haunt you. Focus. Dissect. Dwell. It's all so true in your head. Forget the bigger picture. Forget all of the other facts. It's your point of view. Let it all devour what little of yourself that you've bothered to keep alive. This is your legacy. Forget the bigger picture. Forget all of the facts. Lock yourself up tight inside your little world and forget what's real. Poor pitiful you. It's oh so ***ing sad. It's your point of ...
